Коллеги, кто-нибудь покупал камень для пиццы? Хочу попробовать готовить пиццу на гриле, но не уверен, какой лучше выбрать и где купить. Делитесь опытом!
Добрый день! Готовка пиццы на гриле -- это просто открытие! Главное -- правильно подобрать камень. Камень плотный, равномерно нагревается и держит температуру, благодаря чему тесто получается с хрустящей корочкой, как в настоящей печи. На нём можно готовить не только пиццу, но и лепёшки, фокаччу, даже пироги. Плюс он подходит под разные модели грилей, что тоже удобно. Если хотите добавить разнообразия в гриль-меню -- рекомендую обязательно попробовать.
