1. Беларусь- 13 февраля 2025 -- постановлением Совмина РБ введено лицензирование на вывоз строительных отходов (https://easymoving.by/service/vyvoz-stroitelnogo-musora/) пределы ЕАЭС.
- 25 марта 2025 -- продлён запрет на вывоз более 280 категорий промышленных товаров (в т ч. стройотходов) сроком на 6 месяцев.
- Минприроды РБ подготовило координирующую стратегию управления мусором, представив общественности единый документ с участием всех заинтересованных сторон.
2. Россия- 27 декабря 2024 (вступает 1 января 2025) -- постановлением № 1945 введена тарифная квота на экспорт чёрного металлолома (включая строительные отходы): 1,5 млн т в год, ставка 5 % (min €15/т), сверх квоты -- 5 % (min €290/т); уточнения порядка -- 2 апреля 2025.
- Декабрь 2024 -- май 2025 -- действует временный запрет на экспорт драгоценных металлов и отходов, усиливающий контроль над сходящимися потоками грузов.
3. Союзное регулирование (ЕАЭС + Союзное Государство)- Беларусь занимает пост председателя в ЕАЭС с 1 января 2025, что способствует синхронизации технических регламентов по обращению с отходами .
- Союзное Государство последние месяцы усиленно координирует меры нечётких регулирования: лицензирование, запреты, квоты -- по вывозу стройотходов и чёрного металлолома.
